Road Rehabilitation: Agboyi-Ketu will remain supportive of Gov Sanwo-Olu’s administration – Mayor Dele Oshinowo

 

The Executive Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area, Mayor Dele Oshinowo has said that the LCDA will continue to be supportive of the Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu led administration in Lagos State as the Lagos State Public Works Department begins rehabilitation of roads in the area.

In a statement made available to BlackBox Nigeria, it was stated that the strategic moves  initiated by the Mayor Oshinowo led-administration in order to turn Agboyi-Ketu LCDA into a huge construction site are gradually paying off.

”Evidently, with the reconstruction and rehabilitation of some identified roads to be undertaken by the Lagos State Government in the offering, today (yesterday), construction workers mobilized by the state  undertook rehabilitation works on Davies Street, Ajelogo.

 

”While demanding for more with this glaring development, the residents of Agboyi-Ketu will continue to remain supportive of the Sanwo-Olu administration for fulfilling its promises to make life better for Lagosians, ” the statement reads.

Since coming into office on June 25, 2017, Mayor Dele Oshinowo has been working assiduously to change the style of governance in the LCDA by coming up with people driving initiatives with the purpose of improving the livelihood of the people.

 

From improving the internally generated revenue of the LCDA to building structures in public schools within the area, ensuring social welfare for the vulnerable in Agboyi-Ketu, commissioning of administrative blocks for both legislature and executive to enhancing effective service delivery amongst other initiatives, Mayor Dele Oshinowo has endeared his government to the people.
