Revealed! How LUTH Is Starving 34 Doctors With 6months Salaries

There is a developing story of non-payment of salaries to a group of Doctors hired in November 2019 by the management of Lagos University Teaching Hospital, BlackBox Nigeria has learnt.

In an expose released on Twitter, a London based Nigerian Medical Doctor simply known as Dr Olufunmilayo disclosed that a group made up of 34 Doctors who were hired last year has not received a single salary as earlier agreed by their employer.

He also added that while the affected Doctors are currently blackmailed to continue working in LUTH, four of them risk being infected with COVID19 due to exposure to a senior colleague who has tested positive to coronavirus.

According to the expose released, the 34 Doctors are being told that any attempt to down their tools in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic will open them for public criticisms. He also added that all attempts by the group to get the management to pay up have fallen on deaf ears just as some of them risk starving to death as the lockdown continues.

So they are exploiting these doctors and blackmailing them to die in silence while they fight a deadly virus.
