“Resign before you contest for election”— Lagos State APC Chairman orders LGAs,LCDAs Incumbent Party Chairmen
The chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, has directed all incumbent party chairmen in the Local Government Areas (LGAs) and Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) who wish to contest for the position of Executive Chairman to resign before entering the race.
The directive, issued by the State Chairman of the APC, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, and exclusively obtained by BBN through an anonymous source, revealed that the development is intended to ensure a level playing field for all candidates in the upcoming elections.
