By The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Former Governor of Lagos State, Bola Tinubu have announced a donation of the sum of N50 million to victims of the Katsina Central Market Fire, Blackbox Nigeria reports.
Tinubu made the announcement on Wednesday during a condolence visit to the Katsina State government and victims of the fire.
He was received by the state governor, Aminu Masari, and other top government officials in the state.
The APC leader while addressing journalists said the purpose of the visit is to sympathise with the victims of the fire and promote unity.
However, Nigerians have taken to the bird app to react to the news of the N50m donation.

Tinubu was chancellor during Lautech intense strike and a crowdfund was called, Makinde put 5m, Tinubu put nothing.
Abule Addo people have been displaced for a year, nothing from Tinubu.
But the slave can put 50m to 'assist' Katsina traders.

Tinubu didn't donate a kobo after Sasa crisis, he didn't donate when Akesan happened, he was mute during the Abule Addo but quick to rush down to Katsina to drop 50m.

Recall that on Monday morning fire gutted scores of stalls at Katsina Central Market, destroying goods and properties valued at millions of naira.
Eyewitnesses attributed the fire to the explosion from gas cylinders sold in one of the shops.
