Days ago, news flew about on social media that the highly rated church under the leadership of respected cleric, Pastor E.A. Adeboye has a different church auditorium for maids and other domestic servants. The news which quickly spread like wide fire however drew sharp criticisms and condemnations from many who describe the act as a crime against humanity.

The church has now come out to clear the air regarding the claims stating that “it is mischievous to insinuate that maids in our churches are prevented from entering the main auditorium”.

In a statement by the church’s Head of Media & Public Relations, Pastor Olaitan Olubiyi, RCCG denied the allegation stating that there was no such thing as reported in the media. The statement further clarified that what indeed existed was a church for baby care givers and nannies where “services are conducted in the languages they are comfortable with.”
