The death of Nigerian rapper, Oladips, who was declared dead by his management on Wednesday, has been disputed by his fellow singer and friend, Qdot.
Blackbox Nigeria earlier reported that Oladips’ management announced via his Instagram page that the rapper died on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
However, on Thursday, Qdot posted a picture of Oladips on his Instagram page and wrote, “@oladipsoflife, my gee is alive.”
His post sparked controversy, with some fans doubting the validity of his claim.
Also, in a viral video, Oladips was said to have been alive by his best friend, stressing that he just finished eating “rice and chicken”.
It was therefore gathered that there are possiblity that he(Oladips) would come out to apologize to the public.
According to rumours, it was speculated that Oladips might have staged his death to create hype for his new album, ‘Superhero Adugbo,’ which was released today..
