By South African rapper, Kiernan Forbes better known as AKA has been shot dead. The rapper was gunned down alongside his bodyguard last night on Florida Road in Durban.
According to reports, AKA was attacked by drive-by shooters. Another close associate who is yet to be identified is said to have also been pelted with bullets.
The shooting which occurred outside a popular restaurant has left the entertainment community in shock.
Before his assassination, AKA was set to perform at Durban Night Club as part of preparations for his birthday celebrations. The rapper hit 35 years on January 28, 2023.
