Police Officers numbering over 300 from the Abuja Police Command have besieged the popular Unity Fountain in order to stop a planned peaceful protest in solidarity with IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
Recall that Deji Adeyanju, had on Thursday used his group, Concerned Nigerians to announced a planned protest in Abuja to kick against the secret trial of Nnamdi Kanu who has been in detention since 2015.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the Convener of the group, Adeyanju received death threats on Thursday evening by yet to be named persons.
His tweet some moments ago revealed that the venue of the protest, Unity Fountain has been sealed off by security officials who did not give their total nod in the build up to the protest.
