By “I can do things you can not do; you can do things I can not do, but we can do greater things together“- these were the words used by Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba as she calls on Ikorodu Constituents to come support her in making her dream a reality.
The Chairmanship aspirant made known her plans if eventually elected into office at an interactive session with electorate at an event tagged: The Ikorodu Project; a Political Discourse.
In her opening speech, she disclosed that her aspiration is not about the next election, but about the future of Ikorodu and her dream of a better developed Local Government Area.
She said, “Progress occurs when courageous skillful leaders take the bold step forward to lead in an all-inclusive government.”
She stated that on assumption of office, her main objective is to make Ikorodu work for everyone ready to uplift the community. She noted that the task is one that her Team is dedicated to attain in her tenure.
She also revealed that her focus on Five Major areas, namely; Security, Economy, Infrastructure, Healthcare and Social Welfar/Good Governance.
