The crisis rocking the Ondo state All Progressives Congress, APC has taken a new twist as the youth wing of the party sacked Isaac Kekemeke, the state chairman of the party.
There have been an immediate replacement in the person of Saka Yusuf, a top notch in the party who is to head the affairs of the party following the removal of Kekemke.
The whole scenario played out Tuesday morning when the youths led by Barrister Tolu Babaleye stormed the secretariat to express their displeasure over the recent happenings in the party. The placard-carrying protesters who were chanting anti-Kekemeke songs laid seige to the Oyemekun road party secretariat.
They accused the chairman of taking sides in handpicking a party candidate as the state party primary approaches. This is coming after same situation erupted from the camp of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the National Leader of the party when he was said to be in favor of an aspirant in the yet to be conducted party election.
