By Talented Midfielder Ogunleye Muiz was the assist King on Saturday afternoon as Ghetto Light FC’s under 13 side came from a goal down to register a win against God’s Love FA in a highly competitive friendly game.
The first half ended in a barren draw but early in the second half the visitors were giving a bitter pill to swallow when the host God’s Love FA drew first blood and took a 1 – 0 lead.
In the peak of the action Ghetto Light wide man Emmanuel Yusuf found point man Abolomope Ahmed who failed to be clinical at the time.
The ball was sent into a corner and midfielder Ogunleye Muiz picked Captain Ajenipa Daniel, who headed home from the 18 yard box for the club’s equaliser.
Growing in confidence the Ghetto ballers launched another attack and it was again championed by point man Abolomope Ahmed. Ball was again sent out of play for a corner.
Same move, same outcome was the story of the afternoon as Ogunleye Muiz drilled the ball into the box again and this time striker Abolomope Ahmed found his clinical touch and converted clinically.
The game ended 2 – 1 in favor of the Ghetto ballers with goals from Ajenipa Daniel and Abolomope Ahmed and also note worthy is the brace of Assists by Ogunleye Muiz.
Ghetto Light FC’s under 13 side maintained their100 percent record since the relaxation of the ban on contact sports and have since registered victories over Ajibade FA and God’s Love FA.
