On a sunny Monday afternoon in Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA, grassroots club, Ghetto Tigers FC maintained their annual tradition by launching new sets of jerseys for the 5th year on the bounce.
The 2023 launching ceremony was presided over by the Executive Chairman of the LCDA Hon. Rasaq Olusola Ajala at the chairman’s conference room.
In his speech, the chairman reiterated that no responsible government will ignore the deployment of sports as a veritable tool to set the youth population on the path of glory.
He also admonished the players to continue to be good ambassadors of Mushin and by extension the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The ceremony had representatives from the Lagos FA, Lagos Sports Commission, Sapphire Women football supporters club, FEFAP, Lagos state football coaches association, Mushin Coaches Council, and an army of members from the press.
The Under 10, Under 13, Under 16, Female, Senior jerseys, Coaches’ polo, and tracksuits were launched at the ceremony.
