By I Am Not Queen Of African Music- Tiwa Savage Declares
Mavin Records diva, Tiwa Savage has declined been named the Queen of African Music. This title has been attached to the mother of one singer who usually make headlines with her hits and videos.
The ROC Nation star made this disclosure while receiving her award plaque at the City People Award held in Lagos on Sunday evening.
Mr Controversial, Ruggedman of Rugged Records while on stage had recognised Tiwa Savage as Queen of African Music just before she was called to receive her award. This she later declined when she had the floor.
When on the stage, the ‘All Over’ crooner revealed that she is not the Queen as regarded by many people in the entertainment industry. She stated that they are many Queens in the region who are not known yet.
