By Nollywood actress Bukola Awoyemi has confirmed her separation from Damola Olatunji, her children’s father and a fellow industry colleague.
On Tuesday, the actress posted a screenshot of a letter from her lawyers on her Instagram account.
According to the letter, Bukola and Damola were never married but have been blessed with twins, a girl and a boy.
The letter states, “We are the solicitors representing Ms. Bukola Awoyemi, also known as Arugba, hereinafter referred to as our client, and we issue this notice on her behalf.
“Please be aware that our client, Bukola Awoyemi, and Mr. Damola Olatunji are no longer together. They have decided to go their separate ways amicably and without any animosity. Although they were never married, they have two beautiful children (twins).
“They have both agreed to jointly ensure that the wellbeing and welfare of their two children is guaranteed.
“Our client wishes Mr. Damola Olatunji God’s continued blessings.”
