Nigeria Customs Declare Two Officers Wanted Over Truckload Of Pump-Action Rifles

The Nigeria Customs Service on January 31st announced that tho two officers involved in the clearing of the 40-feet container that housed the 661 pump-action rifles are up for arrest.

The two officers declared wanted are Abdullahi, I (44483 ASC) and Odiba Haruna (133386 ACIC).

Recall that the Comptroller-General of the Customs, Ahmid Ali had on Monday announced that the dragnet of the investigation into the clearing of the container will be expanded in order to get all involved in the transaction.

The wanted announcement was signed by Dan Ugo, Deputy Comptroller – General, Enforcement, Investigation and Inspection Unit.

Members of the public are enjoined to take note of the wanted officers and alert the Customs Service immediately.
