NGO Calls Ambode’s Attention To State Of Dilapidated Primary School In Ikorodu

The poor state of Lagos State Model Nursery and Primary School, situated along Sagamu road Ikorodu has been shot to limelight after a Non-Governmental Organisation called out the State Governor, AKinwunmi Ambode to come to the rescue of the pupils of the school.

This was revealed by the President of the Never Say Never FOundation, Princess Aderoju Ladega after she and her members paid a voluntary visit to the school.

According to Princess Ladega, it was not enough to rely on hearsays as she has been hearing about the dilapidated nature which characterise the situation of the school.

After the visit to the school on Monday 13th, she took to the social media to share pictures taken in the school while the pupils were learning in such condition.

She used the moment to also register her displeasure over the sorry state of the school and pleaded with the State Government to come to the plight of the pupils.

Princess Ladega noted that a letter, which also contains pictures of the school have been sent to the Governor’s Office and three other relevant offices in Alausa, Ikeja and hope for an immediate response.

    Thanks to the Never say never foundation. We should publicize such cases and call out the State governor. It’s so wrong to put our kids through – especially this in a country of billionaires.
