NAME OF OTHER NIGERIAN ON ILL FATED ETHIOPIA AIRLINE REVEALED
One big news that certainly struck the global space yesterday was the reported crash of Boeing 737 of the Ethiopian Airline that claimed the lives of 149 passengers with a crew member of 8, making a total of 157 casualties with different nationalities.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered from the Manifest released by the Airline that the ill-fated aircraft had on board a registered Nigerian.

With the announcement of the death of Nigerian born Canada based professor of English, Pius Adesanmi, who was reported as a casualty of the crash, many Nigerians reached the conclusion that he was the Nigerian victim.
BlackBox Nigeria can say for sure that the registered Nigerian victim was Ambassador Abiodun Bashua who was a retired Nigerian Foreign Service Officer.
Meanwhile, Pius Adesanmi was entered as a Canadian.
According to Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama , while expressing his condolence to the family of the bereaved, revealed that Ambassador Abiodun Bashua before his death once worked for the United Nations – African Union Hybrid Operation in Darfur, UNAMID and the United Nations before his nomination in January 2019 as the Interim Chair of the Nigerian Community in Ethiopia.
