By A mother of four have committed suicide over a N150,000 loan which she has been unable to repay back.
According to a report by Punch, Yetunde Oladipupo, simply called Iyabo drank a poisonous drink to kill herself shortly after seeing off some of her friends who visited her.
The incident occured late Friday, May 12th on Onabola Street, Owotutu, Somolu area of Lagos where she was living till her death.
According to neighbours who helped her before she died, Iyabo was owing a yet to be named Micro-Finance Bank the sum of N150,000 and the creditors had been pestering her to repay.
Iyabo was said to be an hairdresser in the area living with her four children while her husband works in Abuja and comes home often.
A resident of the area who prefers anonymity disclosed to Punch that Iyabo had since been depressed since her creditors have been coming to see her.
It was gathered that Iyabo was initially rushed to a private hospital closed to her house but was rejected and was subsequently taken to Gbagada General Hospital where about five Doctors attended to her before she finally died.
