Morocco has defeated Portugal with a 1-0 victory, as they bagged the first African country to reach the 2022 World Cup semi-finals.
Youssef En-Nesyri’s, on Wednesday, saved Morocco, as his first-half header secured a historic win for the country.
The country would now play defending champions against France or England for a place in the Semi-final of the competition.
Therefore, the team are now inch closer to becoming first African team to reach the semi-final of the competitions.
However, Cristiano Ronaldo, who came on from the bench, was in tears as he exits down the tunnel, as he will finish his career without winning the biggest international football prize.
