A dropped out of school medical student, whose name wasn’t disclosed, has been arrested by the Lagos State Police for using a fake medical license to practice as a medical doctor.
The Lagos state Police Public Relations Officer Hundeyin Benjamin, revealed this through his twitter page on Saturday, November 26, 2022.
According to the PPRO, the 26-year old man was exposed by Lagosians who spotted him, as he has been practicing as a doctor since January 2022.
Benjamin therefore disclosed that the suspect dropped out of school after some years of studying Medicine.
He wrote, “This 26-year old man faked a medical license in his name and has been practicing as a medical doctor since January 2022.
“Commendation goes to public-spirited Lagosians who spotted him and promptly informed the Police. You have saved lives.
“He dropped out after some years of studying Medicine.”
He therefore urged Lagosians to speak out whenever they see strange things around them, stressing that when they “see something,” they should “say something!”
