Genk technical director, Dimitri de Conde, has urged Liverpool to look at signing Super Eagles striker, Paul Onuachu.
Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp, had decided not to include Onuachu into his squad in the just concluded summer transfer window.
But, by January next year, Liverpool will lose Sadio Mane and Mohammed Salah, as a result of the Africa Cup of Nations which will leave Roberto Firmino as the only recognised number nine at Anfield.
Dimitri told Het Belang van Limburg, “Did you see Liverpool against Chelsea? Liverpool has the best strikers, but none with the same profile as Onuachu.
“He would have scored against 10 men. I’m not saying that Paul would play 90 minutes every week in Liverpool, but a club like that could really use him,” he added.
