The Executive Director of LiRA Foundation, a non-governmental organisation, Hon. Ruth Lijirin Ayomide has added to her list of many honours.
She was recently honoured with a merit award by the Islamic Musicians Association of Nigeria (ISMAN) at an event attended by top superstars, last Saturday.
According to the group, the award to appreciate her humanitarian activities within the territory she dwelled.
ISMAN said it selected Lijirin in recognition of her physical, financial, moral and spiritual support shown to their organization in the Bariga Zone, Lagos State.
Meanwhile, about a month ago, LiRA Foundation hosted a program tagged “Back to School 2.0” where school children were showered with lots of essential educational materials.
