The All Progressives Congress in Lagos has now unveiled the list of successful candidates for the state assembly in its recently concluded primary election BlackBox Nigeria has learnt.

According to the list, 13 of the 40 incumbent legislators will not be returning to the assembly and this includes the Speaker, Mudasiru Obasa who didn’t seek reelection and has equally been elected the the Agege Federal Constituency candidate for the House of Representatives poll.
As earlier reported by BlackBox Nigeria, others include veteran actor, Demond Elliot of Surulere Constituency 1, Femi Saheed of Kosofe Constituency 2 and Gbolahan Ogunleye of Ikorodu Constituency 1.
The other incumbent members of the assembly not returning are the two representatives from Badagry; Solomon Bonu and Setonji David as well as Noheem Adams of Eti Osa constituency 1 and Stephen Ogundipe of Oshodi-Isolo Constituency 1.
The Chip Whip of the Assembly, Fatai Mojeed will also not be returning to the house as well as Emmanuel Olotu of Ifako Ijaiye 2, Lanre Afinni of Lagos Island 2, Apata Samuel of Somolu 2 and Sangodara Mosunmola Rotimi of Surulere 2.
