LASEPA Shuts Down Religious Centers, Hotels, Others Over Noise Pollution

The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) has taken strong action against noise pollution and other environmental infractions by sealing off several establishments in Alimosho area of the state.

The agency announced the development on its X handle.

The affected establishments include religious centers, hotels, an eatery, and a bar.

This include; His Glory Cloud Church, Sure Word and Power Bible Church, Soliheena Central Mosque, Mountain of Power Deliverance, Cherubim & Seraphim Church, Iberuoluwa Mosque, Chirozz Hotel, Mayoral Hotel, West End Lounge & Bar, The Establishment Hotel, and Ayoola Foods, among others.

The agency said that these measures were put in place to address the identified instances of noise pollution and other environmental transgressions.
