Enike Victor, the Labour Party’s Councillorship candidate for Ward F in Ojodu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has cried out after he discovered that his party was totally omitted from the ballot paper made available to him to cast his vote in his polling unit.
The contender, popularly called Vickky Pumping became worried and querried the electoral officials the reason his candidacy was not recognised by the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission which caused the omission.
Attempts made by BlackBox Nigeria to get his reaction and provision made to amend the mistake however proved abortive as he is yet to respond to question sent to him.

The omission caused tension at the Ward as many electorate complained demanding to know why their ‘preferred’ candidate and party was not included in the ballot paper.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that prior to the Supreme Court judgement which settled the year old rift between the two factions in the main opposition party, People’s Democratic Party (PDP), the Lagos State chapter had declared to vote en mass for candidates of the Labour Party in the LGA Elections.
This resolution was evident in the results gathered so far as PDP scored below the LP in most of the LGAs and LCDAs. It was learnt that PDP faithfuls were voting for either LP or Accord party which also gathered votes in the exercise.
