By The Kastina Police has arrested one Murja Ibrahim, 20, for allegedly poisoning her step son, Habibu Ibrahim, 8.
Blackboxnigeria gathered that police operatives, acting on a distress call, deployed detectives to the scene, where the deceased’s body was transferred to the General Hospital, Funtua.
In other news, the Kastina police has arrested one Abbatti Abdullahi, 40, for allegedly raping a 9-year-old girl, (name withheld).
The suspect had taken the victim into his residence, where he perpetrated the evil act.
In the course of investigation, the suspect confessed to the crime, as he has been charged to court for prosecution.
Similarly, a 65-year-old man, Ibrahim Tasiu, has been arrested by the Kastina police operatives for allegedly raping an 8-year-old girl.
Blackboxnigeria gathered that the suspect had lured the victim into the bush, where he had carnal knowledge of her.
