By The Kano State House of Assembly earlier today aborted the planned probe of the Emir, His Royal Highness, Muhammad Lamido Sanusi.
The announcement was made by the Speaker of the House, Hon Kabiru Rural during the plenary session.
He disclosed that the probe was halted after several calls were made by prominent Nigerians.
He further stated that the Governor of the State, Umar Ganduje also sent a formal letter to the floor of the House to that effect.
