By Just In! Kaduna State Records Fresh 13 COVID19 Cases
Governor Nasir El-Rufai has announced that 13 cases of COVID19 were recorded in Kaduna State on Monday.
The Governor disclosed that the total number of confirmed cases in the State is now 111. He also added that there are 92 active cases as 15 patients, which the Governor is also among have been discharged and four fatalities recorded so far.
The novel coronavirus disease, COVID19 was first recorded in Nigeria when the index case was recorded in Lagos State, which is now the epicenter of the pandemic in the country. According to the data of Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Nigeria has so far recorded 4,399 cases which 778 patients has recovered from the disease while 143 deaths have been reported.
