The Chief of Staff to Borno State Governor, Babagana Wakil is dead.
The news of his death was contained in the official statement released by Governor Babagana Zulum’s spokesperson, Isa Gusau some moments ago.
Gusau disclosed that Wakil died in the earlier hours of Wednesday, July 1st and will be buried later in the day, in line with Islamic rites.
