By Ijede Youth Council Distributes Nose Masks, Sanitizer, Relief Packages To Youths
The National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ijede Chapter, have donated relief materials, sanitizers and nose masks to youths in Ijede Local Council Development Area in line with the mask up Lagos policy of the state government.
According to the coordinator of the group, Idris Bello, the initiative is geared towards curbing and preventing the spread of novel coronavirus.
”In this light, the leadership of the NYCN Ijede, chapter with her elected executives decided to distribute nose masks, sanitizers and relief packages to youth in Ijede and its environs, ” Idris said in a statement made available to BlackBox Nigeria.
Amongst those who supported the Youth Council’s initiative are the Vice-Chairman, Ijede LCDA, Mrs Motunrayo Gbadegbo-Alogba, Com. Femi Gbadebo and Hon. Abiodun Ajayi.
The Ijede youth council urge residents to stay safe and healthy while the Federal Government intensifies efforts at finding a lasting solution to the pandemic.
