Manager of Arsenal Football Club, Arsene Wenger moments ago revealed that he indeed regretted being rude to the 4th official of the match his side against Burnley on Sunday afternoon. Some media have already speculated that the push may be sanctioned by the Football Association of England.
The Gunners’ Manager was sent off after he protested against the spot kick awarded to Burnley in the extra time of the match.
But instead of going into the changing room as instructed, Wenger still stood at the entrance of the tunnel which made the 4th official of the match to approach him to exit the pitch as instructed, which he then pushed the official away.
The penalty awarded to Burnley was scored which leveled the match before the side also conceded spot kick which availed Alexis Sanchez to bury the ball at the back of the net to give Arsenal the much worked for 3points at the Emirates Stadium.
