#Headies2018: Like Wizkid, Davido and Simi also win third award

Pop star, David has won his third award of the night. Like his friend and fellow star, Wizkid, Davido won the award for Song of the Year for his effort on ‘If’. He defeated Olamide, Kiss Daniel and Runtown to come tops. The DMW boss was incidentally nominated twice in the category for ‘If’ and ‘fall’. He however didn’t give a speech as he instead gave the honor to Mayorkun who couldn’t deliver his speech earlier on after winning the Next Rated Award.

In the same vein, songstress Simi has also won three awards tonight recently carting away Album of the Year. She had earlier won the awards for Best Recording of the Year and Best RnB Single.
