#Headies2018: Dance veteran, Kaffy gets Special Recognition Award

Iconic Nigerian dancer, Kaffy also walks away a Special Recognition Award at the ongoing Headed 2018 for her contribution to the growth and popularity of contemporary dance.
Megalectrics boss and CEO of Beat FM, Naija FM and Naija FM, Chris Ubosi was also inducted into the Headers Hall of Fame, a special celebration of people who have contributed to the growth of the Music Industry.
The elated Kaffy who couldn’t hide her excited got emotional in her acceptance speech while dedicating the award to husband, family team and late mum.
Born Kafayat Oluwatoyin Shafau, Kaffy got into international prominence when she led her team to set a new World Record for the longest dance marathon in 2006. She is married to fellow entertainer Joseph Ameh.
