GROUP SETS TO HOLD SYMPOSIUM TO MARK 2019 WORLD TUBERCULOSIS DAY
As part of efforts to increase sensitization of the disease and indeed commemorate the fast approaching world Tuberculosis Day scheduled to hold globally on Sunday 24th 2019, all is set for the Tuberculosis & Other Communicable Disease Foundation to hold a symposium to mark the day.
The group in an invite availed BlackBox Nigeria yesterday, also appealed to well-meaning media organizations and other bodies to make viral the programme of the group scheduled to hold on Tuesday 26th March 2019 by 10:00am at the Lagos State Youth Centre, Ita-Elewa Ikorodu to mark the annual event.

The symposium which has the title, ‘It is time’ according to the organizers will seek to sensitize and educate the public about the communicable disease and how it can be eradicated.
World Tuberculosis Day, observed on 24 March each year, is designed to build public awareness about the global epidemic of tuberculosis and efforts to eliminate the disease. The theme for this year’s World TB Day is “IT’S TIME.”
