Group Plans To Pay Children School Fees From Proceeds of Recyclable Items

Waste in Nigeria is gradually turning great gain as the African Clean Up Initiative through its RecyclePay Project in the aim of helping the less privilege in the Nigerian society, has announced that the group is set in exchange for recyclable items to pay the school fees of children born of these less privileged Nigerian parents.

 

The project engages parents to bring their recyclable while linking them with a Recycle Company by the Initiative in exchange for the school fees of their children which is paid directly to the school authority.

 

The humanitarian scheme according to the group is a key component to the actualization passion for the 2030 Agenda and a show of enthusiasm for what the RecyclesPay project can do for humanity.

 

RecyclesPay Project also has the mission statement of supporting over 10,000 children from dropping out of school by the year 2025.

 

The project as its pilot scheme, have made necessary arrangement with a school in the Badagry division of Lagos State to put a smile on the faces of these less privileged children and parents..

 

“In view of this we have gotten a School to work with in Badagry, Hakolat Learning Academy, Okeogbe off Badagry Express Road, Atura Bus Stop Badagry, Lagos State where the children school fees will be paid with recyclable. Basic School fee is ₦5000 per term and Nursery fee is ₦4500 per term.” The statement by the group reads.
