By Ganduje Hands Over Staff Of Office To Aminu Ado Bayero (VIDEO)
The new Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero has received the staff of office from the Executive Governor of Kano State, Dr Umar Ganduje.
Aminu, the son of late Ado Bayero emerged the new Emir after the former, Muhammad Lamido Sanusi II was dethroned and sent out of the Emirate.
Sanusi II, a one time Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria was dethrone by the State Executive Council after he was accused of insubordination and defiance to constituted authorities in the State. He was also charged to be guilty of mismanagement of funds belonging to Kano Emirate.
Banished Sanusi has been subjected to leave Kano and stay in far away Nassarawa State, according to the Hausa tradition.
