Box Office Queen, Funke Akindele has added another feather to her illustrious cap as her blockbuster movie, A Tribe Called Judah, stole the spotlight at the 17th Headies Awards, clinching the award for Soundtrack of the Year.

The highly anticipated event, which returned to Lagos at the Landmark Event Centre on Sunday, April 27, 2025, celebrated the very best of African music and creativity.

Among the standout moments was the introduction of the new “Soundtrack of the Year” category, and Funke Akindele’s cinematic masterpiece emerged victorious.
