Emmanuel Chukwuebuka Amuzie better known as Brain Jotter, is today regarded as one of Nigeria’s popular skit makers and comedians.

But it will interest you to know that Brain Jotter once worked as a laundryman.

The funnyman revealed the details of his humble beginnings during an exclusive interview with Big Brother Naija star Kim Oprah.

Unveiling a 2019 video of Brain Jotter in his comedic infancy, Kim Oprah showcased the comedian’s early struggles, revealing that before 2020, he was not just cracking jokes but also working as a laundry worker to make ends meet.

The comedian, now recognized as one of Nigeria’s highest-earning skitmakers, shared that his journey from a meager N15,000 monthly salary to becoming a bedbug killer vendor earning N30,000 marked a pivotal chapter in his life.

According to him, this was before his skits went viral and catapulted him into comedy stardom.

Brain Jotter initially kicked off his career during college but hit the big leagues in 2020 with his hilarious skits.

He’s not just about laughs; Brain Jotter has left his comedic mark as a brand influencer, collaborating with major names like Coca-Cola and The Shawn Exchange.

Born on February 5, 1995, in Imo state, Nigeria, the skit maker hails from the Igbo tribe.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and is an alumnus of the Ghana National University.

From laundry worker to comedy royalty, Brain Jotter’s journey is a testament to resilience and talent, proving that sometimes the best punchlines come from life’s unexpected twists.
