Africa’s best female football player of all time, Asisat Oshoala appears to have stepped on gold with her sojourn to the United States of America. Oshoala over the weekend handed newly formed club, Bay FC their first ever goal in the National Women’s Soccer League which gifted them their first win in their debut game.
Asisat Oshoala who joined Bay Fc from Spanish side, Barcelona scored the lone goal in the club’s away win against Angel City at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles putting the newcomers in fourth place on the table of the 14-team league.
The six time African Women’s Footballer of the year who has about a dozen club laurels from England to Spain, is expected to inspire the American side to glory in their new endeavour and the win away is a good start for the Ikorodu born footballer and Bay FC.
