The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced a postponement in the opening of its recruitment portal, initially scheduled for today, June 26, 2025.
The portal will now open on July 14, 2025, giving prospective applicants nearly three weeks to prepare for the application process.
In a public announcement released today, the Board informed prospective applicants that the new portal address for submissions will be made available on the portal.
The Board emphasized that all applications will be free, with no associated payments, warning potential applicants to be cautious of any fraudulent activities.
The CDCFIB apologized for any inconvenience this delay may cause and urged interested candidates to take note of the changes.
The Board assured applicants that the delay will allow for a more streamlined and efficient application process.
This recruitment exercise is expected to attract a large number of applicants, and the Board’s decision to postpone the portal opening may be aimed at ensuring that all logistical and technical issues are addressed before the new opening date.
Interested candidates are advised to visit the recruitment portal on July 14, 2025, to submit their applications.
