Chinedu Obi, a musician popularly known as ZINQUEST, was accused for spotting tattoos and shot in Sango, Ogun state.
Only two months ago, Police men in Lagos shot two unharmed civilians, they died instantly, suspected of phone theft. In April, anti-cultism police men killed Kolade Johnson, a civilian at a football viewing centre in the Onipetesi, Mangoro area of Lagos.
One bus driver, in Ayobo, Lagos was also shot dead by a police man some time in May for refusing to part with his money. In Ifo, Ogun State, some time in April, a police man shot a motorcycle rider during an argument over 100naira bribe.
All five incidents happened within the last 6months and all victims died at the end.
