It is not every time a religion-centered book is authored by a person who has spent over 25 years rising to the top echelons of her career especially when such a person operates in a field that allows little or no time for relaxation and individual spare time like the banking sector.
One person that has risen above this limitation, is no other person than ace banker, Islamiyat Bolatito Ajibode who recently launched the second edition of her book ‘Teachings from the Holy Quran’ after first publishing it 13 years ago.

The book launch which took place at the Federal Palace Hotel and Casino in the Victoria Island area of Lagos yesterday, Sunday April 28th afforded the author tangible time to share the motivation behind writing such a book that is aimed at elucidating the doctrines of Islam.
Islamiyat Bolatito Ajibode while taking those present at the launch through memory lane, expressed that many years ago she realized that due to the fact that messages in Islam are coded in the Arabic language, people tend to trivialize their powerful meanings and there was an urgent need to internalize and simplify it.
Still on her motivation, the author revealed that she felt the need to bell the cat in making the messages in the Holy Quran what everyone can simply relate with without losing its power.
“I needed to internalize some verses of the Quran in English so it can be easily related with when it is especially time to pray”, she revealed.
The book further condensed the powerful messages from the Holy Quran into a 30-day guide.
