By The lawyer with uncommon cases, Olukoya Ogungbeje who some days ago presented himself as the counsel of kidnap kingpin, Evans, has lost another Court case in Lagos and subsequently fined the sum of N500,000.
It was gathered that just he had filed a two fundamental rights application charges before the Federal High Court in Lagos before he was defeated.

While dismissing the case, Justice Ibrahim Buba also fined Ogungbeje the sum of N500,000 to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, who was the petitioners.
It was reported that Ogungbeje had filed the case on behalf of his clients, Messrs Chief Kenneth Chukwuemeka Ajoku and Chidinma Ozurunmba.
