The installation of the computers has been done (not, have). The most important word in a noun phrase controls the verb and that’s “installation” in the given sentence.
Your glasses are nice (not, is). Items that have two parts such as glasses, trousers, jeans, binoculars and so on take plural verbs. However, when they are used with partitives such as “a pair of”, they take singular verbs: Your pair of glasses is nice.
