Let me make the differences clear again
Session/section
Session is a period devoted to a particular activity: 2017/2018 academic session (not, section).
Section is a part, piece or subdivision of anything: section 13 of the 1999 constitution (not, session).
Junction/juncture
Junction is a place where two things meet, especially where two roads meet: Wait for me at that junction before your house (not, juncture).
Juncture is a particular point or stage in an activity or series of events: At this juncture, I would like to wish you a great time in the plenary sessions.
