Everybody is fine (not, are). Indefinite pronouns which include: everybody, everyone, someone, anyone attract a singular verb.

All are fine at home (not, is). When the pronoun “all” refers to people, it takes a plural verb but when it refers to things it attracts a singular verb: All is well (Everything is well).

Fifty percent of the work has been done (not, have). When percentage is used, the noun after it controls the verb and since “work” is singular, the verb has to be singular.
