By Reports reaching BlackBox Nigeria at this moment confirms violent attacks on Ede, Sekona and Akoda environs as unknown thugs has taken to the streets destroying vehicles in protest of the death of former Governor of the State, Senator Isiaka Adeleke who died on Sunday morning.
The reports making rounds online suggests that commuters should find alternative routes to their destination as the thugs have laid besiege on the roads since the death news of Adeleke went round.
Recall that the lawmaker representing the Osun West Senatorial District was announced dead yesterday after suffering from a cardiac arrest.
Prior to his death early Sunday, Senator Adeleke was fit and seen at a society function on Saturday and even approved Monday (today) as appointment for a journalist who wanted to have a chat with him at the party.
As at the time of filing this report, security operatives are yet to curtail the activities of the hoodlums as they are destroying both vehicles and landed properties.
