Nigeria’s men basketball team will face the United States team in a friendly on Monday as part of their preparations for the Rio 2016 Games.

D’tigers, who are the reigning African champions will hope to put a better performance up against the Americans this time having been crushed by 83 points four years ago at the London Olympics.

Nigeria will dunk off their Rio basketball campaign against Argentina on August 7th, before facing Lithuania and Spain.

Head Coach of Dodan Warriors basketball team of Lagos Chris Nomigo thinks the warm-up game will be a good test for Nigeria.
