A Lagos State court has found Dr Olufemi Olaleye, the Medical Director of Optical Cancer Care Foundation, guilty of sexually abusing his wife’s niece.
The court sentenced him to two life terms for defilement and sexual assault by penetration.
The judge, Justice Rahman Oshodi, said that the prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubt that Olaleye committed the offences.
He said that the evidence against the medical director was compelling.
