Award winning Afrobeat Star, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has officially revealed the tracklist for his much-anticipated fifth studio album, 5IVE, just 72 hours ahead of its global release.
The announcement, made on his Instagram page, has sent waves of excitement through the music world as fans brace up for what promises to be a thrilling experience.
The 17-track album boasts a lineup of heavyweight collaborations, featuring artists from across the globe.
Victoria Monét, Chris Brown, Becky G, and ODUMODUBLVCK, Omah Lay, Chike, and Victony all make appearances on the project.
The diversity of the features hints at Davido’s continued push to blend Afrobeats with global sounds.
Sharing the tracklist, Davido wrote on Instagram:
“Legacy is not what you leave behind, but what you breathe into the future. 72 hours away! Thank you for the love & support.”
The album rollout has already been building momentum with teasers of a few standout tracks, including “Be There Still,” “Awuke,” and “Funds,” each offering a glimpse into the eclectic musical direction Davido is taking with 5IVE.
Currently on his ‘5IVE’ city tour, Davido has been electrifying fans in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Paris, and London.
With the release now just days away, 5IVE is already shaping up to be one of the biggest Afrobeats albums of the year — a celebration of rhythm, culture, and collaboration on a global scale.
